Prominent uterus that deviates leftward?

I recently went to a gastrointestinal specialists due to the fact I have been dealing with and pelvic pains for the last few years that seem to be coming more often. It is terrible pains that I just have to sit down or lay down and wait them out. For the most part the pains last about 10 to 15 minutes I’d say but sometimes it seems alot longer. The doctor sent me for a CT Scan because I had a cantaloupe size cyst a few years ago that coverd my right tube and ovary. Therefore he wanted to make sure I didn’t have another one. I wondered if some of the could be a result of due to the fact that I have had one child by C-Section and they went through the same place to remove my cyst and tube and ovary. However the CT Scan showed a prominent uterus that deviates leftward. What exactly does this mean? I haven’t went back to the specialist yet my appointment is not for another two weeks. Can anyone help me? Could this be the reason for my pain?

why is your uterus prominent and why does it deviate left? do you have adhesions? () do you have a thickened endometrium (uterus lining) do you have cysts? These are all problems your specailist will sort out. What is yr bowel habit like? What does the surrounding boweel look like on CT?
