vaginal spotting, very bad abdominal cramps, diahrrea, and vomiting….?
I had my period on April 26th and last night ( May 5th) I woke up at 3:00 in the morning with severe lower abdominal pain. The pain was so bad that it felt like I was having contractions, so I took a tylenol and got in the bath tub for about an hour in a half. When the pain eased off a little I got up to dry off and threw up. Today, the pain came back but not as bad as the day before…. this time had diahrrea. Oh and also noticed vaginal spotting both days. I am very confused about what this could be. I set a doctors appointment for Friday, but wanted to know if any one had any clue as to what this could be or if any one experienced the same thing. Any information would be helpful… thanks!
You are showing the symptoms for a STD ( sexually transmitted diseases) or it could be a weird period but I’m not a doctor.
