i have pain in my stomach and then theres popping sounds and the pain goes away.?
i fainted twice in a day and i knoticed it keeps hapining. my stool is really dark green almost grey. the things i eat are all regular, and i always fell weak lately specially in my arms and legs but the pain is so much that it feels like someones ripping the insides of my stomach. anything would help please.
I have had the pain in my stomach and hearing popping before but I never had any of the other symptoms you’ve had so I suggest you call up your doctor and maybe schedule an appointment if the symptoms keep reuccuring
( it may just be the stomach flu or it might be something more serious)
