are these braxton hicks?
hey – i keep getting really achey crampy feelings low down in my abdomen, feels like gas pains – but no gas!
and i keep getting really breathless, like if i’m just sat not doing anything it feels like i’m being suffocated from the inside lol – it feels like my little girl has either moved up and is in my lungs (but i dont feel her move at all).. my whole stomach tightens up loads so i’m guessing they are braxtons
is it normal to get the achey cramps? i get them every hour at about 15 mins past.
oh yeah – i’m 35 weeks, my little girl is engaged but dont know how much as she keeps moving up and back down again, i dont know if i’m dilated or effaced or anything and she has also slowed right down just lately..
Braxton hicks contractions r at the upper part of your stomach now the lower part of your stoach is an actual contraction. Iwent to the hospital like a couple weeks about the same situation i had a tight feeling at the top of my stomach but i wasnt holding anything down i drank r ate… So that might be a real contraction
